Looking ahead to the second year of FAIRCORE4EOSC project - Briefing #4
It’s been one year since the launch of the FAIRCORE4EOSC project. In the past months, the work on the EOSC-core components development accelerated, thereby bringing the project closer to the BETA release envisaged in November 2023.
From a technical point of view, the FAIRCORE4EOSC project made the first release of the Technical Specifications, which will be further updated taking into account new requirements and feedback received. Furthermore, all case studies provided a first iteration of their user stories and user requirements, a fundamental step to ensure their uptake by the core components. Additionally, the teams participated in several workshops to align on the development roadmap and future activities.
In the following months, the project is expected to further advance in the components technical development, discuss the requirements uptake during several cross work package meetings and continue with its dissemination activities.
