Italian Tripartite Assembly on the European Open Science Cloud
FAIRCORE4EOSC, a leading initiative in promoting FAIR data principles and enhancing the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), was showcased at the prestigious ITAEOSC 2023 event held on 5 June 2023 in Rome. The event, organised by Open Science Italy, brought together experts, researchers, and policymakers from the field of open science to discuss and explore the latest advancements and challenges.
One of the highlights at the event was the engaging panel discussion on "Enabling FAIR Data: Challenges and Opportunities." Prominent experts shared their insights and experiences, addressing the importance of FAIR data in driving scientific advancements, collaborations, and reproducibility.
Furthermore, FAIRCORE4EOSC had submitted a poster that was available on interactive monitors in the gallery of the event venue for the whole day.
About the Italian Tripartite Assembly on EOSC
The aim of the Italian Tripartite Assembly on EOSC was to provide information on EOSC, and its opportunities for Italian researchers, and to identify coherent goals for all “Doers” of the Italian research system.
The Italian Tripartite Assembly will mirror and expand the scope of the EOSC governance in Italy and foster an effective and sustainable contribution to EOSC by engaging the competencies of the Government, research and e-infrastructures, research performing organizations, academies across all disciplines, and NRRP undertakings (PNRR).
